Issue
- Don't know how to do semi-auto mode.
- Semi-auto mode does not work.
Answer
The problem may be solved by reviewing the following. Please check them.
1. The semi-auto button is not pressed (button on the upper right corner of the monitor).
2. The machine is in Running mode.
3. Working outside the designed range.
How to deal
1. The semi-auto button is not pressed (button on the upper right corner of the monitor).
The control box can be switched from manual mode to semi-auto mode by pressing the auto/manual switch on the upper right corner of the control box.
2. The machine is in Running mode.
When running mode is selected, the semi-auto mode is in standby and will not operate. Touch the mode selection button on the lower left of the monitor to choose the finishing excavation work mode (FINE) or the rough excavation work mode (ROUGH).
3. Working outside the designed range.
When the bucket goes out to a place where there is no design data, "Outside design area" is displayed and the semi-auto mode goes into standby does not operate.

- Screen operation when switching to semi-auto mode
When the semi-auto mode is switched, a mark indicating the semi-auto mode appears on the control box screen and an audible signal is emitted.
This indicate will disappear automatically after being displayed for a certain period of time.
And also, a symbol indicating that the semi-automatic mode is activated appears on the control box screen.
(Green display, yellow frame blinking)
When the automatic control is not working while the semi-auto mode is set, a symbol indicating which means it is in standby is displayed on the control box screen (blue display, yellow frame flashing).
- When the semi-auto mode is going to be turned off after setting.
Check that the GNSS acquisition status button on the monitor is lit green.
- When the semi-auto mode does not work and over-mining occurs.
Check the design data.
