Error message "Sensor is invalid" appears on error display.

Issue

Error message "Sensor is invalid" is displayed on the control box.

Answer/Cause

1) IMU adjustment is not completed.

2) The cylinder reset is not completed.

Explanation/How to deal

1) Check the error message on the machine monitor.

• Error message on the machine monitor:DK80KM

         (Angle sensor (IMU) 1 + operation error / setting error)　

• Execute IMU adjustment and confirm if the problem would be resolved

• Machine monitor error message: DKTEMB

         (Boom stroke reset encoder Z + functional decline)　
         This message appears when the reset has not been applied for more than a certain period of time,              such as in clearance work (work in which the cylinder is not moved to the end).

• Please check if the problem would be resolved by resetting the cylinder.

If the problem persists, on-site diagnosis is required.

The sensor may have a poor contact, disconnection, or abnormality.

Please check the KOMTRAX error and diagnose the problem onsite according to the store manual.
